Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

☆ Cowboy Pool Availability ☆
The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.

ABOUT THE OWNERS
Welcome! We have been visiting the Joshua Tree area for over a decade and it has a special place in our hearts. When the opportunity presented itself to own a beautiful home on top of a mountain, we jumped all in! We live full time in San Diego with our 2 year old son, Fox. We dedicate this beautiful home to him in keeping with our Fox Inn theme. We love our family vacation home and we hope you enjoy all the magic the desert has to offer. The desert is calling, you must answer. Cheers.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
This beautiful home is a brand new construction and was finished at the end of the 2021. We built this beautiful home as our family vacation home so everything has been thoroughly thought out. From the comfortable bamboo sheets, dimmers on the lights, a fully stacked kitchen full of professional cooking utensils and so much more. Since the house is situated on top of a mountain, the sunrise in the East every morning is unmatched to anything we have experienced before. Kick off your shoes, unwind, grab a cup of Joshua Tree coffee and enjoy your stay in our beautiful home.

Damage Waiver Policy
Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver

Late Check Out
Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee for the first hour, with an additional $100 charged for every hour thereafter.
